 | | Barbara Gilbert, Barbara Gilbert Interiors, Interior Design Society Founder of Barbara Gilbert Interiors and creator of Design in a Binder, Barbara Gilbert is the current Vice President of the Interior Design Society, DFW chapter and a Certified Dewey Color Specialist. She has traveled the United States researching and designing spaces for residential and commercial customers alike and has contributed her design advice to national publications, such as Realtor® Magazine, and served as an honorary speaker at the 2011 Dallas Home and Garden Show. |  | | Charla Blake, Art Institute of Dallas Charla Blake, Assoc. AIA, IDEC, Interior Design Accreditation Coordinator, has worked with The Art Institute of Dallas for 20 years. She is an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and currently writes the Local Arts section for the Dallas AIA Columns publication. Charla is also a member of IDEC, NEWH, and Dallas Architecture Forum, as well as a past member of Preservation Dallas, National Trust for Historic Preservation, and Allied Member of ASID. In a faculty role, Charla has been an advisor for events such as HGTV’s “Designer Finals” series. While in a professional role, she has been a part of museum exhibit design/coordination, created pieces of furniture for various charity auctions, and recently delved into set dressing for the Uptown Players' production of “Victor / Victoria.” Her educational achievements include a B.Arch. from the University of Southwestern Louisiana, an M.Arch. from the University of Texas at Arlington and she is currently working on attaining a Ph.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Environmental Design with an emphasis in Architectural Studies. www.artinstitutes.edu/dallas |  | | Christopher Wynn, FD Luxe Christopher Wynn is the home and dining editor for The Dallas Morning News' style magazine, FD Luxe. She has lived and worked in the Dallas design world for the last 30 years, owning showrooms, consulting with designers, and bringing some of the top fabric and furniture lines to Dallas. |  | | Tracy Kornet, CBS 11 Tracy Kornet is a five-time Emmy Award-winning journalist and anchor of CBS 11 News at 4 p.m. Tracy started her news career in Lexington, Ky., where she reported, anchored and traveled the country field-anchoring coverage of the NCAA championship Kentucky Wildcats. In 2000, she moved to Phoenix to launch and host the Valley’s first morning magazine show, “Sonoran Living LIVE.” After the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, Tracy returned to the news desk, pulling double-duty as morning news anchor and talk show host. Tracy says her most exciting television moments were co-hosting “The View” in New York and appearing on “Good Morning America.” Her most fulfilling job, however, is as wife and mother of three: John, Nicole and Luke. In her free time, you’ll find her leading women’s Bible study, singing at gigs around town with the station’s band (“Eleven21″), traveling and indulging in her love of Broadway with her daughter, Nicole, by her side.
